To ensure a successful post merger integration, we revealed value by:
- Setting up a transformation organization, overarching 13 integration programs and 130 projects within Business and Functional Units of both entities.
- Coordinating the overall integration process and providing guidance and support to project teams,
- Unlocking the synergies expected from the integration projects and achieving the targets set by the management.
